About Us
Murmuration Community Therapy CIC is a Bristol-based community interest company offering therapeutic support, group work, and community-based mental health initiatives for parents of disabled and neurodivergent children. Our approach is IFS-informed, with a strong emphasis on cultivating self-compassion. We currently run around 8 x 8-week courses per year, plus monthly drop-ins and a dedicated event, Navigation and Nurture, for parents of profoundly disabled children.
Funded mainly by the National Lottery, we are now seeking to strengthen our long-term sustainability and move towards becoming a commissioned mental health service.

Provide light-touch monitoring, evaluation, and reporting guidance to strengthen bids
Potentially explore opportunities for local authority commissioning and partnerships

Understands the challenges and opportunities for grassroots organisations
Can work independently with limited hours while building a strong relationship with our team

Is strategic, practical, and can help us move towards commissioning readiness
What We Offer
Flexible, freelance role (1 day per month) with scope for you to input into how the day is structured
